WASHINGTON, Penn. – If Democrats are going to keep the Senate, the few sharply disputed states must win – especially Pennsylvania, a politically divided state that includes unstable parts like this old industrial corner of the southwest.

Democrats in “Western PA.” fully believes that they will decide the political fate of the Senate in a unique competition in 2022: for the most populous state with a shuffled race to the Senate and probably a close battle for a vacancy in the state, led by President Joe Biden.
