Take the time today to think about how you want your life to look at the end of these 30 days. How will you feel and look?
Now write it down in your 2022 GOALS planner and divide your micro-goals (the little things you do every day to achieve) into your weekly plan.

Use it to write down any small healthy habits you want to add to your daily routine during the day. Your 2022 goal planner is a great place to really divide your goals.
